West Wilson is speaking out about dating his Summer House costar Amanda Batula—specifically when it comes to speculation that their relationship overlapped with him dating Amanda’s best friend (and his ex) Ciara Miller.

“There was no overlap,” West said on tonight’s Show Me Something podcast. “I know there’s a thousand different theories on the internet right now, but that is one thing that for sure did not happen. Everyone was single.”

West added that he and Amanda eventually “realized things” between them were “a little bit serious.” As for the rest of his Summer House cast members, West said, “I’ve sent some texts. Haven’t gotten responses from everybody yet, which is to be expected and I get it. That’s the hardest part. I think with this whole situation is my actions have hurt people I care about. But the reunion’s coming up and I can give those apologies face-to-face and also clear up all of the crazy shit that’s been on the internet.”

In other words, yes, he will be at the reunion, which is apparently filming in the next couple days.

West’s interview comes amid Ciara telling Glamour that she’s more hurt by Amanda’s actions in all of this, saying, “At the end of the day, a guy’s a guy,” she said. “Whether or not West and I are working on a relationship, you just can’t put anything past a man. But I just never would think that it would come from someone like Amanda, who has been what has felt like in my circle and in my corner for so long. I think that’s the craziest part….I’ve fought with your own husband to advocate for you. I have championed you. I have tried to be there in different ways for you and help you and get you to see your value in yourself. And so to be disregarded in such a disrespectful way is.…Honestly, it’s. I’m at a loss for words sometimes.”
